The Exhibition Oversight
A professional photographer launched their exhibition opening.
There in the clear sky of one of their showcase prints was an obvious sensor dust spot. By then it was too late to mention it (who would have the heart?!) - let alone fix it.

While judging a prominent photography competition, the category winner was almost chosen.
